He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Allen; his children, Nathan Allen (Gina), Candice Ahearn (Steven), Robert Allen (Hayley), Phillip Allen Jr, Ryan Harvey (Taye), Amanda Hall (Justin) and Ricky Harvey (Jennifer); his father Elmer Allen; and his sisters, Judy Batalia, Mary Krause, Marilyn Edwards and Ann Hager. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
