He was predeceased by: his parents, William Chase and Maebelle Chase; his sisters, Pat Kirkpatrick and Renell Bryum; and his stepdaughter Laura Varnadore.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Morgan (Mike), Ronnie Varnadore (Sharon) and Audrey Sizemore (Mark); and his siblings, Sybil Kirkpatrck, Billie Price, Josephine Aubrey, James Chase (Diane) and Robert Chase (Mary). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
