She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Charles; her children, Eileen Tollett, Charles R. Rice (Bob) and Roy E. Rice; her parents, Troy Carroll and Florence Carroll; and her husband Bill. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lonoke Baptist Church or to a charity of choice.
