He is survived by: his mother Dollie Geneva Munnerlyn Daniels; his siblings, Leonard Roy Daniels, Loyd Richard Daniels (Brenda) and Elisa A. Dorn (John Sr.); his nieces, Melissa Highfill, Danielle Hunter Meredith, Charlotte Daniels and Amanda Staples; and his nephew Christopher James Tounzen (C. J.).
