He is survived by: his wife Duanna J. DeViney; and his children, Bill D. DeViney (Denise) of Lonoke, Jo Lynn Rutledge, Launa Loftis Morris of Tennessee and Joey L. Loftis (Melissa) of Nevada. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
