He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernice, Buddy Adair, Carl and Gladys Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Marisa Adair and Jonathan Patrick Adair; his parents, Linda Adair and Mike Adair; and his siblings, Mischelle Cullum (Chad), Marcus Adair and David Adair. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
