He was predeceased by: his mother Wendy Chapman (Blatch); and his son Weston Chapman. He is survived by: his father Johnson H. Chapman, Sr. (Marcy); his children, Andrew S. Proctor and Skyler N. Chapman; his granddaughters, Tristan and AnnMarie; and his siblings, Duane Bray (Cornell), Paul Bray (Ellen), Michael Bray and Teresa Brown (Mike).
