He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Lindsey Lane (Grant), Drew Lavender (Lauren) and Leah Canamore (Tanner); his grandchildren, Lainey and Adalynn Lavender; and his siblings, James Lavender (Gayle) and Betty Matthews (Jeff).
