With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoEllen Cooper of Lonoke, Arkansas, born in North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 26, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Johnson and Muriel Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Tony Cooper of Lonoke; and her daughter Amy Smart (James) of Lonoke. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 3 sisters and 2 brothers; along with a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the State Funeral Service (2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076).
