He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Woodworth; his daughter Megan Nicole Woodworth (Slade Betts); his stepson Randy Tippitt; his grandchildren, Ian Tippitt, Fenix Betts, Taygan Woodworth and Kyron Betts; his parents, James Hal Woodworth (Martha) and Jeanette Thomason Duckworth (James "Buzzy" Duckworth); his sister-in-law Roxanne Woodworth; his nephews, Jason Woodworth (Jana) and Jordan Woodworth; and his stepbrothers, Bobby Duckworth (Lisa) and Dean Duckworth.
