He is survived by: his children, David A Mudge of Jonesboro, AR, Shauna Norris of Ada, OK, James Mudge of Ada, OK and Jerica Mudge of Ada, OK; and his siblings, Jackie Simpson (late Greg) of Conroe, TX, Ta Banja of Maflower, AR, JoAn Crouch (Bill) of Carlisle, AR and Billy D. Mudge (Patti) of Sherwood, AR. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
