She was predeceased by: her husband John Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Robert Sullivan (Cathy), Cindy Reaves (Kendal) and Shari Petrus (Bobby); her grandchildren, Chad Hicks (Ashley), Kristen Petrus, Kelli Carpenter (Caleb), Caitlin Spry (Logan) and Lee Sullivan; and her great grandchild Wyatt Carpenter.
Due to COVID-19 the family has chosen to do a private graveside service at Sunset Cemetery in Lonoke, Arkansas.
