He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mackey and Louise Mackey; and his brothers, Jimmy, Larry and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Mackey of Lonoke, Arkansas; and his son Dale Wayne (Tammy Mackey) of Lonoke. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
