She is survived by: her children, Terri Kurz (Rudy), Billy Walker (Sally), Shane Harris (Kim) of Lonoke, Arkansas, Shawn Harris (Beverly) of Lonoke, Arkansas and Jenny Rollins (Brad) of Lonoke, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Katie Jones (Levi), Dylan Walker, Danielle Dickson (Cole), Briana Rutledge (T'Ray), Gavin Walker, Abby Kurz, Will Reed, MaryBeth Walker, Austin Harris, Cody Horton, Dalton Harris, Montanna Horton, Josh Harris, Aurie Walker, Olen Rutledge, Hunter Walker, Dawson Walker and Emmalynn Walker; her brother David Lackey (Velma); her sisters-in-law, Linda Walker of Benton, Arkansas and Darlen Lackey; her close friend Pam Bettis of Lonoke, Arkansas; and her caregivers, Erica, Patty and Baptist Springhill. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
