He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Walter (Billy) and Ruth Morgan; his brother Joseph Anthony Morgan (Tony); and his sister-in-law Glenda Sue Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Erica Morgan Tuttle, Andy Morgan of Lonoke and Courtney Stotts (Rocky) of Ward; his sisters, Myra Relaford (Johnny) of Lonoke and Janet Pasley (Donnie) of Carlisle; and his significant other Andrea Yvonne Simpson.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Walter's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Carlisle.
