He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gene Goodnight; his grandparents, E. L. Williams (Snooky) and Thelma Davis; and his cousin Jason Davis. He is survived by: his parents, Darlene Newberry (Darrell) and Danny Williams, Sr. (Charlene); his fiancée Rebecca Dodge; his children, Danny Lavon Williams III, Darla Cain (Noah) and Brianna Edwards; his grandson Kaison Cain; and his siblings, Laura Addie (Glen) and Justin Williams (Chasity).
