She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Parsley and Ada Austin Parsley; her husband Clifton Cole; her sons, Gary, Leland and Mark; her granddaughter Brittany Cole; her sister Lois P Stewart; her brother-in-law Thomas J Stewart; her brothers, Harold R. Parsley and Robert L Parsley; and her son-in-law Bruce Harlan, Sr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Marilyn Floyd (Benny) and Lucille Summar (John); her stepdaughter Jeanne Cole Harlan; her daughters-in-law, Carolyn Cole and Debbie Cole; her sisters-in-law, Betty Parsley and Dean Palmer; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Cole Mills (Jeremy), Katie Fisher (Jacob), Lee Harlan (Katie), Garrett Harlan Doug Harlan (Courtnee), Kelsey Harlan, Bru Harlan, Roland "Rolo", Marley Jo, Ellis, Margot, Cal, Quinn, Kennedy, Jayden and Emma. She is also survived by two nieces and five nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Kennedy Krieger Foundation at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland.
