It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Johnson (Lonoke, Arkansas), born in Bee Branch, Arkansas, who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Johnson; his brother Bernest Johnson; his mother Freddie Elizabeth Johnson-Hickman; his stepfather Roy Hickman; and his siblings, Margaret Larkan, Thelma "Billie" Craig, Paul and Bud.
He is survived by: his brother Joe Johnson (Maria) of Madrid, Spain.; his daughters, Leslie Miley (Ronald), Kristy Thornton (Craig) and Leah Johnson (Jason); his grandchildren, Lauren Lofton (Michael), Jacob Miley, Zakary Johnson, Noah Johnson, Micah and Alaina Thornton; and his spouse Shirley Fletcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He courageously endured Pandemic mostly in solitude.
