We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2018, at the age of 89, Bill Simpson (Lonoke, Arkansas), born in Hooper, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jerry Qualls, Randy Qualls and Beckey Qualls; and his sisters, Bette Wilson, Mary Stokes, Isabelle Boisard (Jack), Kathryn Penrod and Iretta Patrie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends.
