It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Harrod (Lonoke, Arkansas), born in Mellwood, Arkansas, who passed away on January 5, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Eulis Eric Smith; and her husband Fred Harrod, Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Mattie Elizabeth Campbell Smith; her children, Fred Harrod, Jr., Ramona Harrod and Cynthia Smith; her siblings, Gordan Smith, Chuck Smith, Betty Lindsey and Shirley Springfield; her grandchildren, Amanda Lingo (Greg) of Lonoke, Andrea Kinchen of Little Rock and Trey Harrod (Nicole) of White Hall; her daughter-in-law Anita Harrod of Hampton; and her sisters, Jean Strode of Memphis and Charlotte Dodson of Searcy. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
