It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Katherine Tate Apple Bullard of Locust Grove, Arkansas, born in Lepanto, Arkansas, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Tate and Dorothy Tate; her husbands, Donnie Apple, Marlin Bullard and Ben Wiggins; her brother Lester Tate; and her grandson Johnny Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Dennie Apple (Shelly Hamilton Mason) of Southside and Louann Kirk (Dale) of Locust Grove; her siblings, Chester Tate (Corrine), Carl Tate (Jane), Robert Tate (Beverly), Walter Tate (Cathy), Ernest Tate (Debbie), Willie Joe Tate (Georgena) of Batesville, Lola Burba (Larry) of Cave City, Effie Stewart (Len) and Flossie Reynolds (Mike); and her grandchildren, D. J. Apple, Dustin Huckabee, Evyn Huckabee, Austin Apple and Jody Kirk. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
