She is survived by: her children, Chad, Carmella Bradshaw of Provo, Mindy and Jason Efird of Nashville; her grandchildren, Brittany, Riley Branson of Provo, Adam, Lakynn Bradshaw of Viola, Blake Bradshaw of Provo, Kaylie Efird of Rogers, Kimmi and Kalee Simmons of Nashville, Arkansas; and her mother-in-law Glow Dell Bradshaw. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
