He is survived by: his wife Martha Smith McWhorter; his daughters, Brenda Sillavan of Lockesburg, Sharon (Stanley Hawkins) and Kristy (Robert Vallee); his brother Hugh; his sister-in-law Kay McWhorter of Lockesburg; his sister Leaetta; his brother-in-law Dwight Payne of Lockesburg; his grandchildren, Amber Pickett, Cameron Sillavan (Ginger), Katelyn Sillavan, Hunter Blankenship (Kayla), Zachary McWhorter, Rachael Vallee, Bekah Vallee and Russell Vallee; his nephew Rod McWhorter; and his nieces, Twyla Nichols, Misty Darley and Mindy King. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
