She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jewell and Bessie Estella Keith Purtell; her husband Johnnie Claude; and her daughter Kathy Estell Pell Mohr. She is survived by: her grandson Kristofer (Amanda Mohr) of Ft; her nieces and nephews, Wayne Smith of De Queen, Randy Pell of Hope, Johnny Pell of Ashdown, Joy Cruz of Louisiana, Claudine Tompkins of Lockesburg and Barbara Martin of Little Rock; her sister-in-law Anna Smith of Lockesburg; and her son-in-law Don (Donna Mohr) of Coppell.
