He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Scroggins (Cyndi) of Hot Springs, Arkansas, LaTasha Murphy of Houston and NaShay Porter of Lockesburg, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Aubrn, Devin and Kennedy; his siblings, Marilyn Bell (Theo) of Lockesburg, Lanita Joyce Banks of Texarkana, LaSheria June Banks (Roy) of Ashdown, Arkansas, Terrell W. Scroggins (Asa) of Texarkana, James C. Scott of Ashdown, Ray C. Scott of Lockesburg, Elbert D. Scott of Nashville and Leonard Burns of Ashdown, Arkansas; and his aunts, Maybell Paxton of Ashdown and Linda Easten of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
