He is survived by: his caregiver Kimberly Purtell Ballard; his daughter Christy Jo; his son-in-law Thomas Martz of Lockesburg; his sons, Kenny Purtell of Ashdown, Dallas Purtell of Lockesburg and Dusty; his daughter-in-law Ashlyn Purtell of Lockesburg; his grandchildren, Everrette Martz, Jayda Martz, Adallie Martz, Mia Purtell, Malaina Purtell, Dylan Purtell, Emilia Purtell, Cami Ballard and Jeremiah Swilley; and his siblings, Benny Purtell of Lockesburg, Lynn Wray of Mineral Springs, Nancy Baker of Lockesburg and Kerry Hill of Murfreesboro, Arkansas.
