He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cowgill Kolb of Lockesburg; his daughters-in-law, Joseph Edward Kolb, Jr., Ronald David and Christine Kolb of Hot Springs; his daughter Susan Denise of Orange; his son-in-law Mark Kordie of Orange; and his sisters-in-law, Bill Kolb, Crista Kolb of Green, Dennis Kolb, Linda Kolb of Little Rock and Richard Kolb of Tulsa. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
