He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Blair and Jodean Harmon Blair; and his brother Jim Blair. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Mendell (Beverly Jean) of Lockesburg; his children, Kirk Weldon Blair of Gillham and Amy Lauren; his son-in-law George Ermeling of Norman, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Bradley, Devin (Marissa) and Joe; and his brother Dan Blair of Meeker, Oklahoma. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
The use of a face mask or covering will be required during your time at the funeral home.
