He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Ann Boykin and Karen Kay (Keith Midgett); his grandchildren, Trina, Tracey, Trista and Matt; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Cameron, Carson, Emma, Shelby and Valerie; and his nephew Doug Bohannon (Andrea) of Horatio.
