She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vaughn and Marie Williams Vaughn; and her sister Beth Vaughn. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Tollett; her children, Lori Forsgren (Justin) of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Kevin Gunnels (Julie) of Waldo, Arkansas; her stepchildren, Kimberly Starnes (Steve) of Dallas, Texas and Jason (Lisa) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Madeline, Emily, Aubrey Forsgren of Fort Smith, Hannah Gunnels, Hunter O'Dell of Waldo, AR and Lindsey Raper of Dallas, TX; her stepgreat-granddaughter ZaZa of Dallas, TX; and her siblings, Betty Burchfield of McNeil, AR, Faye (Tom Pulling) of Hot Springs, AR and Thomas Vaughn (Martha) of Emerson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many great friends.
