He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Fannie Ella Black Owen; his wife Hazel Elizabeth Dunn Owen; his children, Tommy Holliday and Judy Cowen; his grandson Stephen Tremblay; and his brothers, Charles and Cecil Owen.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Owen of Conroe, Tracy Owen of Conroe, Lisa (Jerry Tennyson) and Tammy (Dale Gilbert). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members, and a host of friends.
