We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2023, at the age of 47, Charlotte Christeen Owen Boartright of Lockesburg, Arkansas, born in Stockton, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Charlotte; and her parents, Michael Owen and Evona Goss Owen. She is survived by: her children, Kynadi Barnett (Dale Barnett) of De Queen and Drake Boatright of Dardanelle; her grandson Bocephus Pade Barnett; and her siblings, Coty Owen of Lockesburg, John Owen of Hot Springs and Michael Owen of Wyoming. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
