He is survived by: his spouse Margorie McWhorter Liggin; his sons, Eddie Liggin (Becky) of Lockesburg and Tony Eugene Liggin (Kay) of Lockesburg; his grandchildren, Nicole Smith (Aaron), Toyna Cribb, Shane Martz (Kimberly), Crystal Martz, Heather Thatcher (Colt), Chris Liggin (Sissy), Brandon Liggin (Cassandra), Darrell Potter, Tonya Conatser and Frankie Stamps (Billie); and his great grandchildren, Mark, Noah, Bella, Mallorie, Landry, Lynli, Laney, Bentley, David (Tara), Jacob, Ely, Hunter, Zachary, Trey, Connor, Drake and Cash. He is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren; as well as, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
