It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zula Francis Spratt in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Monroe Pinegar and Ethel Marsh Pinegar; her husband Eugene Spratt; and her siblings, James, Carl Pinegar, Violet Gregory and Swan Kohler.
She is survived by: her son Jerry (Kay) of Maumelle, AR; and her grandsons, Chris (Julie) of Biscoe, AR, Terry (Deborah) of Ft. Stewart, GA and Ryan (Hnin) of Myanmar. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
