It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wynema J Lowe of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Neely and Elsie Neely (Midge); her children, Vicki Lowe Dempsey and Ricky Young; and her brothers, Bill Neely and Jim Neely.
She is survived by: her husband Van Lowe; her son Mark Lowe; her granddaughters, Stephanie Jeffers (Michael) and Vanessa Ketcher; her great grandchildren, Jordan Jeffers, Whitney Jeffers, Autumn Ketcher and Devin Ketcher; and her sister-in-law Linda Huckaby. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
