She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Talley Jr.; her parents, Willie A. Newburn and Mattie Rene Newburn; and her grandparents, Bennie and Mary Smith.
She is survived by: her son Jonathan Talley; her sister Hazel McGhee; her aunts, Maureen Owens and Frances Joyce Williams; her uncle Alfred Jerry Smith; and her siblings-in-law, James Thornton (Agnes), Tommie Brown (Marilyn), Thomas Brewer (Lisa) and Annie Brewer McGill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
