He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Lewis and Booker Johnson; and his brother Kenneth Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Lakeisha Lavette Kitchen (Ellis) and Willie Darnell Lewis; and his siblings, Acquenetta Doyle, Francis Matthews, Kathy Nathaniel (James), Mark Lewis, Debra Hall and Steven Johnson. He is also survived by two grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
