He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Webb and Anne Pearre Webb; and his siblings, David Vincent Webb and Beverly Jan Webb. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Anne Webb; his nieces, Stefanie Webb Cisneros of San Antonio, TX and Anna Marcella Webb of Oklahoma; and his pets, Shenan and Bella.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Holly Cemetery (1200 Broadway St, Little Rock, AR 72202).
