He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mitchell and Bessie Mitchell; his wife Audrey Mitchell; his daughter Tina Marie; and his grandson Landon Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Smith (Max), William A. (Tony), Mitchell (Wendy) and Rita James (Wesley); and his grandchildren, Leah Smith, Candace Mitchell, Michelle Ross, Krystle Hooten, Mitchell James and Kenny James. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ironton Baptist Church (14718 Ironton Cut-Off Rd, Little Rock, AR 72206). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
