He is survived by: his children, Wilbert Beard Jr. (Katheleen), Keith Phillips, Dujuan Jarrett and Ingrid Beard-Sykes; and his siblings, Loretta Williams, Charles Perkins (Rosalyn), Rosalyn Perkins-Booth (Dexter), Charles McElwee and Lynette Taylor. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
