She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter DeShazo and Nellie Stringfellow DeShazo; her husband Dale Newton Kesner; and her siblings, Ray Sims, Mitchell DeShazo (Gretchlynn), Melba Long (Odas), Mazie LeLeux (Horace), Maxine Gray (P. C.) and Mona Prior (Charles).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kandi West (Lance) of Little Rock and Kim Parr of Conway; her grandchildren, Lowrey, Annie West and Tristen Parr; her brother James Arvin; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Sims of Crystal Beach, TX, Myrtle Sims of DeQueen and Louise Tharp of Berryville, AR.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
