He was predeceased by: his former wife Maxine Noble Scroggs. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Tidwell Scroggs; his daughters, Brenda Still, Sandra Taylor, Carolyn Scott (Thomas) and Teresa Coffman (Bill); and his brother Jay Scroggs of Jonesboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
