She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burton and Mattie Mae Payne; her stepfather Robert Payne Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Payne Jr. (Turkey), Odis Burton, Arthur Payne, Izeal Payne (Ike), Gloria Stevenson and Luereather Bolden (Lue).
She is survived by: her husband David C. Bell Sr. of Little Rock, AR; her siblings, Eva Scott of Little Rock, AR, Floristein Currie and Dollester Kaywood of Milwaukee, WI.; and her children, Anthony G. Bell, Catina N. Bell, David C. Bell Jr. of Little Rock, AR. and Yolanda L. Bell of Alexander, AR.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
