He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Harrell Sr. and Margaret Harrell; and his brother Arthur Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Alice Barnes Harrell; his children, Tina Mariner (Marc), Stanley Harrell and Stacey Harrell (Terry) of Tennessee; and his siblings, L. V. Harrell (Queen), Betty Evans, Doris Harrell, Lewis Harrell, Elizabeth Settlers, Rebecca Bryant (Leo) and John Harrell.
