He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dean and Odettie Orr Riggan; his wife Bonnie Lou Lemons Riggan; his son Donald Riggan; and his brothers, Randolph and Tony Riggan.
He is survived by: his son Michael Riggan of Alexander; his daughter-in-law Kim Riggan of Little Rock; his brother Ray Riggan (Rene) of Mountain View; his siblings-in-law, Rhoda Riggan of Spicewood, TX and J. W. Cotton (Linda) of Sheridan; his grandson Donald Riggan Jr. (DJ); and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Harleen. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
