It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Webb of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in England, Arkansas, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vester Webb, Jr. and Marilyn Mathis Buffalo; his stepfather Vann Manning Buffalo; his nephew Steven Webb; and his stepsisters, Sharon Buffalo Bowman and Martha Buffalo Baxter.
He is survived by: his uncle Bart; his nieces and nephews, Hallie Davis, Caroline Davis, Margaret Davis, Virginia Davis, Kevin Webb, Shannon Cowling Benitz, Meghan Farrell, Katie Farrell Williams, Allison Callahan, Ryan Farrell and Patrick Farrell; his siblings, James "Jim" Webb (Cathy), Hallie Webb Lindsey (Bruce), Susan Webb Cowling (Dan) and Pattie Webb Davis; his stepsister Nance Buffalo Siems; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce, Dan and Bart.
