It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma L. Foster of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on November 10, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Guess, and Lela Mae Guess, Sr.; her husband Frank Foster; and her siblings, Phyllis C. Guess, Lola Guess and Phillip Guess, Jr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brent Foster II, Aniya Foster and David Russell Foster; and her siblings, Helen M. Guess-Jones of Waukegan, IL, Joseph H. Guess and Russell Guess. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
