It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Riggs (Little Rock, Arkansas), who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice and Harold Riggs; and his siblings, Tommy Riggs and Dana Riggs Hudspeth. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Wood (Conway). He is also survived by 3 nieces and 5 nephews.
