He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Owen and Doris Owen; his wife Marti Owen; and his brothers, Danny Owen of Little Rock and Charles Owen of Bryant.
He is survived by: his children, Molly Johnson of Baltimore, Maryland, Christopher Owen of Benton and Beau Owen of Little Rock; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Phillips and Stephanie James of Little Rock; and his sisters, Patty Crook of Little Rock, Pam Tank of Benton and Stephanie Ford of Bixby. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
