She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Brown and Susette Jenkins; and her siblings, Evelyn Brownlee, Vickie Miller, Joan Jenkins, Johnny Jenkins, Jackie Jenkins, Stanley Jenkins, Jessie Jenkins, Jr. and Clarence Jenkins.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gillerson; her children, Cheryl Swift, Tammy Hunter (Fredrick) and Thomas Gillerson, III; and her siblings, Judy Hendricks, Alice Brown and Allen Jenkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
